Role Overview:
As a Junior System Analyst, you will work closely with our IT team to analyze system requirements, address any issues, and collaborate on the development of technology solutions that meet business needs. You will assist in the documentation of system specifications, participate in testing processes, and provide support for system implementations and upgrades. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Support the development and implementation of system improvements and projects.
- Participate in the testing of new software and systems to ensure functionality meets our requirements.
- Help in preparing and maintaining documentation for system processes, procedures, and specifications.
- Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to understand and support business systems and applications.
- Provide technical support and training to users on new systems and applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Keen interest in technology and willingness to learn new software and systems.
- No programming experience required.
