How this analyzer works

Supported input: Amazon Sponsored Products search-term CSV, or the normalized template. Map Customer Search Term and Spend, then optionally matched-window attributed sales, total orders and Clicks. ACOS = spend ÷ sales × 100; ROAS = sales ÷ spend; CPC = spend ÷ clicks; conversion rate = orders ÷ clicks × 100. Aggregate ratios use sums, never averages of row percentages. Rows remain separate, including repeated terms across campaigns.

See the method in practice

Worked example

The sample spends $290 for $750 attributed sales, 19 orders and 210 clicks: ACOS 38.67%, ROAS 2.59, CPC $1.38 and conversion rate 9.05%. The $80 travel-bottle row has zero attributed orders. That is a review signal, not proof the spend is wasted.

Assumptions and limitations

Use one marketplace, currency, reporting period and attribution window. Recently recorded clicks may convert later and reports can be revised. Attribution is not proof of incremental sales. Missing fields suppress dependent metrics. A search-term report may not reconcile to all account activity. TACOS is intentionally not calculated because total business sales are not collected. This is a report review, not an account-access audit.

Frequently asked questions

Should I pause every term with no orders?

No. Check attribution maturity, sample size, relevance, bids, product conversion and your testing strategy before making changes.

Which Amazon columns should I map?

Map Customer Search Term, Spend and Clicks. For sales and orders choose matching columns such as 7 Day Total Sales and 7 Day Total Orders, or matching 14-day fields. Never combine windows or substitute units sold for orders.

Do I have to share my data or email address?

No. Core results and exports work without an account or email. An enquiry is optional, with a separate unchecked choice to share an aggregate summary. Raw report rows stay local.
